Information we collect

We collect account, contact, address, subscription, payment-reference, order and support information needed to provide the service. Card details are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by Frutivo.

How we use it

We use information to create accounts, verify phones, process subscriptions, schedule deliveries, provide customer support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with payment, SMS, email, hosting and delivery providers only as needed for the service. Records are retained only as long as operationally or legally required.

You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting hello@frutivo.in.

Security

Frutivo uses access controls, hashed passwords, transaction checks, rate limits and encrypted HTTPS transport. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
